With 15+ years experience in the field of human resource management, organization and leadership development, and employee relations, I have supported a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Occupational Testing, and Advertising Technology. Based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, I am a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Executive Coach, holding Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I have enjoyed serving in a volunteer capacity on the Advisory Council for Junior Achievement Northern Alberta and NWT, as a guest speaker for various engagements, or as a guest interviewer, connecting with students and other Human Resources Professionals, and enjoy serving as a mentor in the HR community.
